2. Event / Conference Registrations – If the event is cancelled by SGBICCI — eligible participants will receive a 100% refund.If the participant cancels or does not attend — no refund will be issued.

3. Donations / Contributions – Donations are non-refundable.

4. Transaction Failure

• If payment is deducted but not updated:

• We will verify with the payment gateway and update within 7 working days.
